BOOKING POLICY
Simplified Tee Time Booking Terms & Conditions:
- Booking Requirements
- Provide your name, phone number, email, and a valid credit card.
- No charges will be made to your credit card unless you cancel fail to give us 2 hours notice when cancelling your tee time.
- If you book multiple players under your name, you are responsible for any fees if they cancel late or don’t show.
- Personal Information
- Your personal details (name, address, phone, email, and credit card) are kept secure.
- The golf course does not sell or share your information with third parties.
- Rates & Confirmation
- Prices depend on time of day and are listed on the tee sheet or rate sheet.
- Fees are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation after booking.
- Duplicate bookings may be modified or cancelled by the golf course.
- Weather Policy
- If the course is deemed unplayable due to weather, you will be notified by email.
- In this case, no cancellation or no-show fees apply.
- Rain Checks: If weather becomes unplayable while you are on the golf course, you will be given a rain check credit for the holes you did not finish at the rate you payed.
- Cancellation Policy
- Tee times and be cancelled or adjusted free of charge up to 2 hours before.
- Failure to give the golf course 2 hours notice of a tee time cancellation or adjustment will result in a charge of $50 per player on the Championship course or $20 per player on the Executive course, to the card on file.
- If multiple profiles are associated with a booking, each card is charged separately. Otherwise, the single card on file is responsible.
