Booking Policy

 

Simplified Tee Time Booking Terms & Conditions:

  1. Booking Requirements
    • Provide your name, phone number, email, and a valid credit card.
    • Your credit card won’t be charged when you book, but may be charged if you cancel within 2 hours of your tee time or don’t show up.
    • If you book multiple players under your name, you are responsible for any fees if they cancel late or don’t show.
  2. Personal Information
    • Your personal details (name, address, phone, email, and credit card) are kept secure.
    • The golf course does not sell or share your information with third parties.
  3. Rates & Confirmation
    • Prices depend on time of day and are listed on the tee sheet or rate sheet.
    • Fees are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation after booking.
    • Duplicate bookings may be modified or cancelled by the golf course.
  4. Weather Policy
    • If the course is deemed unplayable due to weather, you will be notified by email.
    • In this case, no cancellation or no-show fees apply.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • You can cancel or change your tee time free of charge up to 2 hours before.
    • If you cancel within 2 hours or don’t show, the fee is $50 per player on the Championship course or $20 per player on the Executive course, charged to the card on file.
    • If multiple profiles are associated with a booking, each card is charged separately. Otherwise, the single card on file is responsible.
